Three Scenarios

Things continue as they are, with minor adjustments for National Reorg Plan
- Add PABS, VAN, fundraising, Sign-in sheets, Coordinator-elects, etc.
Create a New Structure, remaining Chapters
- Remain much the same, but share resources in interchapter committees
- Expertise collected and made available
Chapter / Branch Model: 9 or more Chapters into Branches of one Regional Chapter
- Choice between creating a new regional chapter or changing one that already exists.
- Some chapters can remain so even in same territory
- Provide support to outlying areas with no branch or satellite too
The Scenarios are not mutually exclusive. In any particular area, may do any of the three.
