CHADD of Northern California has several ways that you can participate without leaving home!

• There is a live chat capability from the National CHADD organization with special Expert Chats. See our Schedule for dates and times, or on the National Page
• CHADD National has Message Boards for Members to exchange questions and thoughts on Adult ADHD, parenting, schools, etc.
• Newsletters on local, national and legislative issues.
• There are also several "Yahoo Group" discussions you can join. You can get support for specific issues, discuss the government of the chapter, or just gab with friends. See below:
