Called to Order at 12:45 pm

Announcements:

• Treasurer's Report:
  • Financially, CHADD of Northern California is in good shape, for which we are grateful to our members and those who have donated to us. We expended $3678.43 and have a current balance of $ 24,915.22 . The chapter total assets are $ 31,738.20

Actions taken:

The Election of Board Members for Chapter #504 was conducted by Mick Terrone. Election rules were stated by Mick Terrone and each candidate was given the opportunity to state why they were running for Office. Geoffrey Manger was the only candidate who gave a statement. The ballots were counted by Mick Terrone, Gina Pera and Bonnie Emerson. The election results elected Lew Mills as Coordinator of Chapter #504 & Gina Pera as Coordinator of Branch #338. Geoffrey Mangers was not reelected as a Board Member at large. All other candidates were unopposed and reelected to their current positions.

Other Agenda Items:

• All present introduced who they were and the city their Branch meetings were held.
• The new Parent training program was discussed and how they were going to run the training at the October Conference.
• Professional Resource List: Beverly Kell pasted out a copy of the new form & asked everyone's option and if there were any questions or additions. It was suggested that we could possibly get additional names from Doctors about other Doctors who are good.
• Mick Terrone encouraged all of us to go to the coordinators website and use the information posted. They changed the name to leadership to make it a resource to all who were part of a Chapters Board.
• Mike Hinckley announced he was starting a new Tel-Conference support group for Adults in August.

There was no chapter legislative activity since the last meeting.

There was no chapter lobbying activity since the last meeting.
