Check that Mid-Peninsula and Marin have theirs in.Consider terms under which "underperforming" chapters could become branches.

How to preserve democratic process?
Announce this so that it is clear that there was a legitimate process in deciding officers.
Treasury Report, Financial Controls
Each Branch updates binder to put info into (the one already given out at our last meeting)
Which costs are at what level, branch or chapter Which income accrues to what level.
Refer to Finance Committee if it gets too complicated.
Resource List (National Manual had a section on Resource Lists plus forms)
Look at what folks have so far: Fields used, what is important. What fields will National use?
Establish a committee and a plan.
New Coordinators Manual
Had quite a bit of new info. Possibly we can make some copies to pass out on important sections.
Volunteer Coordinator
Josephine begin to think with others about what we could do here, especially what development we can offer volunteers.
Newsletter
If Lisa wants input on this, decide what format we want, those sections we want in every issue, formats for submitted materials. Have Lisa propose. Begin committee if needed.
Phone
Probably not consolidating phones at this time. At least with PacBell voice mail it doesn't give any advantages. We still need space for announcement messages. Would like to consolidate mailing address too, though branches and/or officers can of course still get mail wherever they like.
It may be useful to consider how we deal with questions from the phone as a chapter, how we deal with internet questions, and how we deal with Professional Resource List (PRL) requests.
Conference with Dr. Comings
Should be worked in committee. Establish Program committee first. Then...?
PAB revived at the Chapter level?
They could help us focus on needs of our population
