Conference Reimbursement Policy
The Chapter will consider reimbursing volunteers for travel, lodging
and conference registration.
The level of reimbursement depends on chapter funds,
number of attendees and cost of conference. If funds
are limited, the amount of reimbursement
will be based on the level of volunteer service and
group attendance.
Volunteers who have served less than one year are
eligible for reimbursement of conference registration
only. The
Chapter does find discounted airfare
and hotel group rates that all volunteers are eligible to use.
